In September 2019, Comtech Fire adds a new layer of security to the login process to make our member experience more secure and user-friendly.  All members with online banking service need to enroll to this feature within ninety days following its introduction.

Increased Authentication
Increased Authentication provides an additional layer of security to the login process.  This feature requires you to select three security challenge questions when you first log into your account. 

How it works
The risk engine assesses the potential fraud level on many factors rather than based solely on the device used.  As a result, challenge questions are presented when login events are determined to be high risk; and help identify you when the correct answer is entered.
