For desktop access: 
In some cases, the issue has been resolved by accessing online banking directly through www.comtechfirecu.com rather than using a saved bookmark or shortcut. If you normally use a bookmark, please visit our homepage and select the Online Banking Login button, and consider updating your bookmark. 

For mobile app users (particularly Apple devices): 
Some members have resolved the issue by deleting the mobile app, restarting their device, and reinstalling the app before logging in again.
